Shelby A. Rash

Shelby A. Rash is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene College in San Diego, California.  Shelby graduated with a degree in Education and a minor in Sociology.  While in San Diego, Shelby was involved in Music Ministry as well as work and witness projects in Venezuela and Mexico.  Shelby was also a teacher in the public schools as well as the private school system.  In 1997 Shelby moved from San Diego, California to Bakersfield, California to be closer to her family.   Shelby is the Minister of Music and Education at Kern Christian Center and leads the congregation in Worship and Praise prior to Pastor Billy teaching the Word.
